Show Notes
- The pre-show From Zero countdown song for this show was "It's Goin' Down" by The X-Ecutioners featuring Mike and Joe, for Joe's birthday, but also because DJ Total Eclipse from The X-Ecutioners was in attendance at the show and met with the band.
- "Lying From You", a rotation song, was performed at two shows in a row.
- This was the first appearance of "Over Each Other" in Act 1.
- Joe messed up the intro of "New Divide".
- Before "The Emptiness Machine", Mike said, "You guys doing good? Thank you for being here for night 2! And also thank you guys for the new record From Zero, especially when THIS song came out."
- On the intro of "Burn It Down", Mike said, "Alright you guys, it's dancing time!"
- Before "Up From The Bottom", Mike commented, "Sydney you guys have some beautiful voices!" to which Emily replied, "You guys are fucking loud, it's awesome."
- Before "Where'd You Go", Mike said, "How many of you have been to a Linkin Park show before?" "Raise your hand if you haven't been to a Linkin Park show before. This show is mostly newcomers. And raise your hand if you were here last night. Wow that was like two people deep all the way across. Do we have any Fort Minor fans? This one's for you."
- "From The Inside" was performed at three shows in a row.
- On the intro of "Two Faced", because the crowd was so rowdy all show, Mike said, "Be careful not to fuck up any women in the pit on this one, gentlemen."
- Mike called out the tweet from Anosh (@BroodingAnanas) from night 1 about him always doing the same verse over his solo medley ("When They Come For Me" / "Remember The Name"). He changed it up massively in response, doing in order: "Step Up" chorus, "Step Up" verse 1, "Step Up" chorus, "It's Goin' Down" verse 1, "Step Up" chorus, "Lift Off" demo verse, "Step Up" chorus, "When They Come For Me" verse 2, "Step Up" chorus, "Until It Breaks" verse 3, "Step Up" chorus, and then finally into "Remember The Name".
- The band took a moment after Mike's solo medley to wish Joe Hahn a very happy birthday. The band played "I Will Always Love You" by Whitney Houston over the PA with Emily singing, and Joe threw his birthday cake in the crowd like he did at his last birthday on stage at Inglewood 2004. The crowd sang Happy Birthday.
- "Leave Out All The Rest" was performed for the first time since São Paulo 2024, night 2.
- Mike played the melody of "Pushing Me Away" over his synth on the extended intro of "Overflow".
- Before "Numb", Mike said it had been a while and brought the "Control Colin" game back. Emily picked a fan in the crowd who chose number 2. The drums were in the disco style. Mike, in a rare move, said, "This song is called Numb." Mike sang the vocals in a disco style. The band extended the song with a disco jam at the end. Joe kept the outro sample going for a good while and the band jumped back into a jam of "Everybody Wants To Rule The World" by Tears For Fears. The crowd sang more of the song and Emily said, "I love you!"
- Emily stopped the band on the intro of "Faint" because she saw someone fall down in the crowd who needed help. The band took a break for the paramedics and security to assist the fan. Mike said, "Thank you guys so much, thank you for helping out, that is fucking awesome." A similar situation happened at Sydney in 2013, when Chester stopped the band on "Points Of Authority" for a fan who had fallen down.
- An Australian flag was placed on Mike's keyboard for the encore. This is the first flag on stage for the band on the From Zero World Tour - fan flags were quite popular for the band before their hiatus.
- Emily came out with silly glasses on and silly string on the intro of "Papercut".
- After being absent at the two shows where Emily was sick (Melbourne N2 and Sydney N1), "Heavy Is The Crown" was brought back to the setlist for this show. Emily went down and stood on top of the crowd for the second part of the song.
- Before "Bleed It Out", Mike said, "Ladies and gentlemen, you've been fucking amazing tonight. We can't wait to come back." He directed the crowd in a "Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oy Oy Oy" chant at the start of the song. Over the extended bridge of the song, he rapped verse 1 of "A Place For My Head".
