Show Notes
- The exact setlist and order for this show was unknown for around 20 years.
- Since Sal was in the front row, Chester went down to him on "Step Up" and let him sing the entire first verse of it.
- Ivan the Urban Action figure came out and danced on "It's Goin' Down".
- "Wish" was performed in the main set for the only time.
- Jay-Z came out during the encore break after "Crawling" and performed the first three Collision Course songs with Linkin Park as a total surprise. A Linkin Park Message Boards post the day after the concert mentioned two Collision Course songs, but as the only source, this was unconfirmed and the position in the setlist was not known. Due to Jay-Z coming out for the mash-ups, the band skipped both "Lying From You" and "Faint", but performed "Papercut" in full.
- Jonathan Davis from Korn came out and guested on the bridge and ending of "One Step Closer".

- LPTimes.com 7/31/2004 report: "Jay-Z joined the Revolution, posted by Jas, 07/31/04. EANx30 posted on the LPMB that at the PNC show in Holmdel, NJ last night, Jay-Z joined LP during the encore. They played "Lying From You" / Dirt off Your Shoulder and then "Papercut" / Big Pimpin."
