"About You/Over Again/Papercut" is a medley done by Mike Shinoda that was debuted at his KROQ Weenie Roast performance on May 12, 2018.
The medley typically starts off with Mike singing a short melody and then the chorus of "About You" through a vocoder before the song itself starts. Mike then does the full song until the bridge where Blackbear would normally start his verse. Instead, the song transitions into the opening synth and car alarm from "Over Again". At the first shows back at KROQ Weenie Roast and Identity LA, Mike rapped both of his verses from the song, but would drop the first verse from subsequent performances. In an interview with Loudwire, Mike talked about how that verse (along with album opener "Place To Start") was harder on him emotionally, so he gradually phased it out of the live shows.[1]
After the chorus of "Over Again", the ending transitions into the opening synth of "Papercut", skipping the heavy part of the intro and instead going directly into the first verse. Mike then does the first verse, second chorus, bridge, and ending of "Papercut", singing the bridge and ending through a heavy vocoder. The medley ends with "Papercut" transitioning back into the ending synth of "Over Again".
