- Mike forgets some of the words to "Pushing Me Away" before the first chorus.
- Before "Forgotten", Mike asks if any fans know the band Taproot. On the bridge of the song, Mike and Chester joked about Brad's broken foot and that they had to pay him a few hundred dollars extra to play the show. Brad performed a very short guitar solo in response.
- Stephen Richards from Taproot came out as a guest on the bridge of "One Step Closer". Mike probably asked the question about Taproot on "Forgotten" because he thought Stephen was going to come out on that song instead.
